1. General Information

The application Radar de gasolineras (hereinafter, “the Application”) has been developed for the sole purpose of showing gas stations near the user, as well as fuel prices obtained from public sources of Spain's Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica y el Reto Demográfico (MITECO).

The Application may collect technical device information, such as brand, model, amount of RAM memory, and operating system version for statistical, diagnostic, and performance improvement purposes. Under no circumstances is personal data or information collected that allows direct or indirect identification of the user.

2. Personal Data

The Application does not require registration or request personal information (such as name, email address, or phone number). Location data is not collected for purposes other than displaying nearby gas stations within the device itself. This information is not transmitted or stored on external servers.

3. Device Permissions

The Application may request location permission solely to display nearby gas stations. The use of this permission is local and remains within the device; the Application does not send or store this information on any server.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application uses Google AdMob (a service provided by Google LLC) to display advertisements. Google AdMob may use device identifiers and cookies to personalize advertising in accordance with its own policies.

5. Source of Displayed Data

Fuel prices and gas station data are obtained from the official public service of the Government of Spain: https://sede.serviciosmin.gob.es/es-ES/datosabiertos/catalogo-datos/Paginas/DataSet.aspx?idDataSet=12. This information is public and the Application only presents it in a visual and updated format.

6. Security

The Application does not handle sensitive information nor does it transmit personal data. Even so, reasonable technical measures are applied to guarantee the integrity and correct operation of the service.

7. User Rights

Although the Application does not collect direct identity data (such as name or email), it does process technical device identifiers anonymously or pseudonymously for the correct operation and analysis of the service.

You can obtain it by holding down the application version number that appears at the bottom right of the "Settings" screen or, directly, by sending an email by tapping on the contact email address shown in the "Contact" section of the app's "Settings" screen, without deleting the data under "-- DO NOT DELETE --".

8. Changes to this Policy

The developer reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legal or functional changes in the Application. Any modification will be published on this same page or within the Google Play listing.
