Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Pump Radar (hereinafter, “the Application”), developed and owned by Javierorp (hereinafter, “the Developer”).

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern the access, downloading, installation, and use of the Application, as well as the purchase of any subscription plan or paid feature offered within it.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, or by purchasing any subscription, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, you must refrain from using the Application and uninstall it from your device.

2. Description of the Service

The Application provides users with an informative tool to check and compare fuel prices, locate nearby service stations, plan refuelling, and estimate savings across Spain.

3. Subscription Plans and Paid Features

The Application offers the following digital subscription plans:

Access to exclusive features for each plan is available only while the corresponding subscription remains active and in good standing.

4. Billing, Free Trial, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation

Payment Processing: All in-app payments, purchases, and subscriptions are handled and processed exclusively through the official Google Play Store (Google LLC). The Developer does not collect, store, or have access to your bank accounts, debit, or credit card details.

14-Day Free Trial (Pro Annual Plan): The Pro Annual Plan includes a fourteen (14) day free trial period for new subscribers. During this trial, you enjoy complete access to all Pro features with no charges applied to your account.

Trial Cancellation Requirement: If you choose not to continue with the subscription and want to prevent being billed for the annual plan, you must cancel the subscription in Google Play Store at least 24 hours before the 14-day trial period expires. If you do not cancel before that deadline, Google Play Store will automatically charge the full annual subscription price to your registered payment method when the trial ends. The free trial is limited to one per user and Google account.

Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annual following the free trial) and renew automatically for successive equivalent periods, unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. The renewal charge will be billed to your registered payment method in Google Play within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription: You may manage, change, or cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription (including during the free trial period) at any time directly through your Google Play account:

Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. You will continue to enjoy paid features until the expiration date of the already paid cycle or current trial period. After that date, no further charges will apply, and the Application will automatically revert to the Free tier.

Price Modifications: The Developer reserves the right to adjust subscription prices. In the event of a price change, you will be notified in advance via the Google Play platform so that you can decide whether to maintain or cancel your subscription prior to the effective date.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007:

As digital content and services are supplied immediately without tangible media, you expressly agree that subscription activation starts at the time of purchase. You acknowledge that withdrawal rights and potential refunds are governed by the official refund policies and mechanisms established by Google Play Store:

6. Official Public Sources and Disclaimer of Liability

Source of the data: All information regarding location, opening hours and fuel prices displayed in the App comes exclusively from official public sources in the countries covered by the service (Spain, Portugal, Andorra, France and Italy). The detailed list of authorities and official portals from which the information is obtained is set out in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

Purely indicative nature: The App is an independent development that is limited to processing and presenting such information in a visual manner. There is no affiliation, sponsorship or link whatsoever between the Developer and the public authorities that own the sources, nor with any particular petrol station.

As prices depend on the declarations submitted by each operator to the competent authority in their country, the Developer cannot guarantee the complete absence of delays, unforeseen variations, errors in the original data or fuel availability at the station. The final, official and legally binding price is always the one physically displayed on the price sign and pump at the petrol station at the time of refuelling.

Third-Party Trademarks: Trade names, company logos, and trademarks belonging to fuel companies or service stations are displayed solely for descriptive and identification purposes, remaining the property of their respective trademark owners.

7. Road Safety and Driving Responsibility

CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING: It is strictly prohibited to manually interact with, configure routes on, or operate mobile devices while driving, pursuant to traffic and road safety regulations.

Any configuration, search, or review in the Application must be completed before starting your journey, with the vehicle safely parked in an authorized area, or operated by a passenger. When using Android Auto compatibility, drivers must keep their primary and undivided attention on the road and traffic conditions at all times.

8. License of Use and Intellectual Property

The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and use the Application on your compatible devices solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, resell, lease, or create derivative works based on the Application, nor perform automated data extraction (scraping) or bypass authentication and subscription systems.

9. Service Availability and Updates

The Developer works to keep the App running in optimal condition on a continuous basis, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical updates or server or external data source outages (such as the official data portals of the countries covered).

The Developer reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue features, and to update these Terms when required by legal, technical, or operational changes. Updated versions will be published on this website.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The handling of technical device data and communications submitted through the Application is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain and applicable European Union regulations.

Any dispute arising from the use of the Application or these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts under applicable consumer protection laws. Furthermore, the European Commission provides guidance and access to out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms through its official portal: Consumer dispute resolution - European Commission.
